We are launching recruitment for the 2026 edition of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy programme “Personal Assistant for a Person with a Disability” for Non-Governmental Organisations.

The programme is intended for family members or caregivers who provide direct care to:

• children from 2 years of age up to 16 years of age who hold a disability certificate; or
• persons with disabilities who hold a certificate of a significant degree of disability or an equivalent certificate, in accordance with Articles 5 and 62 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities.

14 January 2026 – 21 January 2026

Submission of recruitment documents

Documents should be submitted:

• in person at the project office at 10/32 Jęczmienna Street (1st floor), Toruń, during the recruitment period, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; or
• by email, by sending scanned documents to ow26@arkadia.torun.pl; or
• by post to:

  with the note “Respite Care”.

The date of submission is considered to be the date on which the documents are physically received by the Arkadia Foundation.
