DATA IN FORMS

The submission of personal data to the Foundation by users is voluntary. Making a donation to the Foundation via the Website requires the User to provide personal data, specifically:
– to make a donation, it is mandatory to provide a first name, surname, address, city, postal code, and e-mail address;
– to subscribe to the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide a first name, surname, and e-mail address.

Providing any other personal data is voluntary.
Failure to provide the mandatory personal data means opting out of the donation process, rendering it impossible to complete the donation via the Website; in the case of the newsletter, it also means opting out of subscribing to this service.

By making a donation through the Website, the User consents to the processing of their personal data by the Foundation, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. After entering and confirming their personal data, the User is redirected to an external website—operated by a partner of the Foundation—to complete the payment.

The Foundation processes Users’ personal data solely for purposes related to the proper functioning of the Website and the Foundation’s statutory activities, including all its charitable endeavors. In connection with these activities, Users’ personal data may be shared with the Foundation’s partners.

The Foundation ensures that its partners process the data provided by the Foundation exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the agreements and relationships they have with the Foundation, in compliance with legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
